 PVC suction hose (also called PVC corrugated spiral hose or plastic helix hose) is a flexible hose extruded from a plasticized PVC tube with an embedded rigid PVC helix. Unlike the PVC steel-wire hose, this product uses rigid PVC (not steel wire) as the helix reinforcement — lighter weight and more economical while maintaining good vacuum resistance so it does not collapse under pump suction. Corrugated outer wall, smooth inner wall, small bending radius. Working pressure 2-8 bar, burst pressure 3× W.P., temperature range -10°C to +65°C. Widely used for pump suction/discharge, agricultural irrigation, sewage transfer, powder/granule conveying and ventilation/dust collection. Orange is standard; yellow, green, blue, white and red also available. Sizes 3/4" to 12", in 10m/20m/30m/50m rolls; quick couplings and clamps available.
