Product Profile

Gold mining rubber hose (also called dredge suction hose or slurry discharge hose) is a large-bore flexible hose built with a highly abrasion-resistant natural rubber (NR/NBR) tube, high-strength tire cord/synthetic fabric plies, an embedded steel wire helix, and a wear-resistant SBR rubber cover. It offers excellent abrasion, vacuum, weather and impact resistance for handling sand, gravel, slurry and ore particles on both pump suction and discharge sides. Working pressure 10 bar, burst pressure 30 bar (3× W.P.), full vacuum rating. Temperature range -20°C to +80°C. Carbon-steel flanges (Q235B painted) fitted at both ends for easy installation. Widely used on gold dredges, river dredging, sand pumping, slurry transfer and municipal desilting. Black is standard and red ends can be made on request . Sizes 3" to 12", with different length on order.
