Product Profile

PVC steel wire hose (also called PVC transparent wire hose or PVC spring hose) is a flexible clear hose extruded from a transparent PVC tube with an embedded galvanized steel wire helix. The fully transparent wall allows visual monitoring of flow and blockage; the silver-grey steel wire helix provides excellent vacuum resistance so it does not collapse under pump suction. A red-white-blue identification line runs along the hose length; an optional red anti-static copper wire is available for oil and flammable media to dissipate static. Working pressure 2-10 bar, burst pressure 3× W.P., vacuum resistance -0.08 to -0.1 MPa. Temperature range -5°C to +65°C. Widely used for pump suction/discharge, sewage transfer, oil transfer, powder/granule conveying and industrial vacuum. Sizes 3/4" to 12", in 10m/20m/30m/50m rolls; quick couplings and SS clamps available.
