Product Profile

PVC layflat hose is a flexible water delivery hose constructed with high-strength polyester filament reinforcement and PVC paste resin coating, formed in one high-temperature process. It features light weight, small bending radius, pressure and abrasion resistance, anti-aging, non-cracking and easy handling. Working pressure 2/3/4/6/8 bar in 5 grades; burst pressure 3× W.P.; temperature range -5°C to +65°C. Widely used in agricultural irrigation, pump discharge, construction, municipal firefighting and mine slurry transfer. Widely used in agricultural irrigation (farm sprinkler, drip, pump truck water transfer), pump drainage, municipal construction, mine slurry transfer, temporary construction water supply, landscaping, pool/water feature drainage, etc. 1"-3" small sizes suit home use, small pumps and garden irrigation; 4"-6" medium sizes suit large farm irrigation and construction dewatering; 8"-12" large sizes suit mines, municipal flood control and large water projects.
