Product Profile
The 180/220 hammer head is the core wear part of hammer crushers (sand making machines), suspended on the rotor via pin shafts and rotating at high speed to crush materials through impact, shear and grinding. Widely compatible with small hammer crushers such as the 250×100 model, with 6 hammers per machine. Material options include high manganese steel, high chrome alloy or bimetal composite, selected based on material hardness and abrasiveness.
Product Features
1. Precision casting with dense structure, free from porosity and sand defects.
2. High manganese steel hammers work-harden under impact while retaining inner toughness — wear-resistant without fracture.
3. High chrome alloy hammers achieve HRC55-63 hardness with 3× the wear life of manganese steel.
4. Bimetal composite hammers combine both advantages: impact-resistant shank + ultra-wear-resistant head.
5. Precision pin hole positioning — direct replacement of worn parts without equipment modification.
6. Customization available per drawings; size and material can be tailored to customer crusher models.
